These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 2phdream ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 2phdream website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services.

By registering an account, accessing the 2phdream platform, or using any of its services — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, slot games, and payment services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 2phdream platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is not prohibited by local law.

To register and maintain an account on 2phdream, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming platforms.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 2phdream or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 2phdream platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the 2phdream platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document
• A valid and active email address to which you have exclusive access
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A secure password of your choosing, which you are solely responsible for maintaining confidential
• Your Philippine mobile number for account verification and security purposes

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. 2phdream reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

2phdream implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification — before withdrawals are processed or at any time at 2phdream's discretion.

2phdream supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 2phdream account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the cashier page. 2phdream does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 2 hours of approval under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• 2phdream reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

2phdream offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all 2phdream bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• 2phdream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, or per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or arbitrage — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• 2phdream reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2phdream platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age or assisting a minor in accessing the platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 2phdream platform
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for gaming
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2phdream staff, support agents, or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law

All content on the 2phdream platform — including but not limited to the 2phdream name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 2phdream or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2phdream platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 2phdream content without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 2phdream content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the 2phdream platform
• Use any 2phdream trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner not expressly authorized in writing

Any unauthorized use of 2phdream intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2phdream and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, platform downtime, or connectivity issues
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, or Philippine banks
• Interruption or suspension of services for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or security purposes
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the 2phdream platform

2phdream's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2phdream is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 2phdream account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a specified period to prevent excessive losses.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 2phdream platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

2phdream reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any time
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a recognized responsible gaming authority
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity

Upon termination for cause, 2phdream reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their 2phdream account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 2phdream platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact 2phdream support via live chat to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable under the platform's regulatory framework. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 2phdream from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

2phdream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 2phdream will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 2phdream platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. 2phdream recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of changes.
